Say hello to new sunshine-filled and action-packed summer episodes of JoJo & Gran Gran, launching next week on CBeebies and on BBC iPlayer.
JoJo & Gran Gran is produced for CBeebies by BBC Studios Kids & Family Productions, in association with our team here at A Productions, who produced the animation. The show, which is inspired by characters created by Laura Henry-Allain, celebrates that special relationship between a grandparent and a child.

The summer adventure begins on the beach with ‘It’s Time to Visit a Castle’, where JoJo & Gran Gran have fun exploring a ruined castle and imagine what it would have been like to live there with tour guide Bonnie. Across the summer you can go swimming, litter picking and camping, play beach cricket, explore the park and canal, search for street art, and become a superhero as well as making jewellery and food – we’re sure everyone is ready for some of Gran Gran’s St Lucian Green Banana and Saltfish!
Eleven episodes transmit on CBeebies from Monday 31st July through to Monday 14th August (weekdays) at 5.35pm with all episodes available on iPlayer after the first transmission. The CBeebies Channel repeats are on Saturdays and Sundays at 11.45am & 5.35pm.
